• To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Process:

• Upon approval, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
• Please securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us with the same quantity and unopened.
• Ensure that the package is adequately insured and that you retain proof of postage.

Refund Policy:

• Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will initiate the refund process.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline:

• Refunds may take 4-5 business days to process after receiving the returned item(s).

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, such as Raw herbs, oils and Asava, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for details.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once the order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
